Program refunds must be requested at least five full business days prior to the start of the class, unless otherwise noted. If you notify the Recreation Department later than five full business days, but before the first day of class, you will receive a partial refund. No refunds will be issued the day of or after the class has begun. Please note: City Financial Policy is that checks must have 30 days to clear before a refund will be issued. Refunds back to a credit card are accomplished usually within 3 business days of the request. Additional fees will be charged for checks returned NSF and participation can be suspended until fees are paid in full. For facility refunds, please refer to your facility contract for the reservation refund policy. (Please note the convenience fee for credit card use is non-refundable)
